possible Reasons you dislike waking up
1) You got job/school/stuff to do
2) Low blood pressure
3) Not enough sleep
4) Bad sleeping (insomnia/quality/etc)
5) Your bed is too high quality vs outside (ex: russia snow)

Sooooo......like Doc House method, find the problem(s) and find a solution :


And well, one example would be : Weekend, stay in bed until you finally feel fine to "wake up"

I always do that but I end up lying in bed until my head hurts and I'm too hungry to continue?

As for "waking cheerfully".............
Its technically impossible if you are too old and/or no longer a child.
Bc you know the cruel truth of reality being ...........well.....what it is. Unlike child still kept in the dark and thinking its full of joy and hope.
