How about interacting with people on profiles so we can get to know you better?
*feels like there's always a thick wall between you and the rest of the community*

There's a thick wall because on my first day in the forums everyone ganged up on me and bullied me. It's hard to move on from that, especially when no one here will make the effort to read my story.
*raises hand*
I never ganged up on you.
'-'
At least...I don't think I did.
As for your story...I haven't read anything for about 1 1/2 years.
Up till June it was cos I wasn't in the mood to read anything.
Now, it's cos I'm writing my own story and I get easily influenced by others' styles and plots.

As for saying everyone ganged up on you...being abrasive towards people will, in turn, receive abrasiveness back.
I find that as long as you don't keep bringing up the sediment that's settled in the lake, then people will forget and become friendly again.
Keep kicking up the muck, though...it'll remind people of what happened and they'll harbour resentment.

Not sure if I'm making sense since I'm a bit socially awkward and dense but - as I said earlier - people tend to forgive and forget as long as a bad experience on both sides isn't brought up for the sake of an excuse to not interact.
It works both ways.
As a better experience, the profiles tend to be very nice and friendly.
Though...you'll probably just say I'm speaking nonsense and push away again...
