TLDR vers : Roaches/lizards.

Preamble : Not to say i got infestation but let's say where i live (countryside but quite a good neighborhood normal) its kinda common for at night to maybe get 1 appear if you have house open. Mostly maybe bc that they crave food/heat, despite clean neighborhood also nothing outside for them.

And well, despite clearning regularly, it doesnt stop the fact, for decade(s), there was a bunch of them to kill. Not regularly but in term of years its a lot. Cleaning the place where they died sure it works, but they ran everywhere or lived for X days until killed.

And here the PRECISE REASON (google) of my previous coughs :

Can you get sick from dead cockroaches?

They can release these substances into the air, causing allergic reactions or asthma attacks. The debris from dead roaches, body parts, or poop also can trigger allergies or asthma.

Well, i'm sleeping a different room, bc there is clean paint's HEAVY ODOR to wait its gone.
But this week, there is putrid smell sometimes (that i mistakenly thought was coming from outside). And today after searching for days and sacrificing my nose to smell it 20+ times, finally found a decomposing lizard (behind heavy furni)

So yeah. This dead lizard, and the search of google of "are roaches / lizards dead bodies can make people sick" 's results
finally FINALLY made me understand the core problem of my previous "regular coughing"

Its less about dust and mold (though still is reason)
but more about "roach/lizard" remaining particles.

TLDR of everything, advice to everyone : Cleaning regularly is fine but ITS NOT ENOUGH. DONT FORGET TO HEAVY CLEAN WALLS+etc

I mean, i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one that "squashed" 'something' on wall or furniture and used a rag to clean it afterwards or not.
WELP ! let's say that now YOU too has "remaining asthma-inducing bacterias" that risk influencing you in X years later.
