And the good thing is that the system forbids the user to repost a review (or rating) on the same story again if their first review (or rating) has been deleted for violating the rules.

On a side note, another feature that you may or may not already be aware of is the ability to block specific users from rating and reviewing your work even before they do it, but I think there was a condition of them commenting on your story at least once on the story comment section before this option becomes available (I don't know if it's still the same or the condition has changed).
