Wow... Did they even read the story? Because it sure sounds like they didn't... Did they wake up with a stick up there ass? That does seem to happen to some people on occasion.

You can report it on the ground that this review is one: discouraging the users from reading a story (It's violation of the rules) second: it's not really discussing the story (also violation of the rules)

For the sake of completeness, the review in question is quoted:

"I already come at naruto stories with lower expectations but my god this story has achieved a level of mediocrity i previously believed was impossible.

If you want a story that insults your intelligence even if your mindlessly going through it for the sake of wasting time go ahead otherwise find something else to read."

The reviewer's language is inappropriate, limiting their entire reasoning to a perceived "mediocrity i previously believed was impossible".

Which on its own would be fine. Not everyone needs to agree with the story, but then the reviewer goes on to call the story an insult " your intelligence even if your mindlessly going through it for the sake of wasting time", even directly suggesting "find something else to read".

The review is unnecessarily disrespectful, overstepping boundaries of what is adequate when voicing a negative opinion. The review thus violates the RR review policy.
