They say that if you visualise yourself doing the very next step required to do something (e.g. getting out of bed when you need to get up and get dressed, opening the document that you need to write in, closing your laptop when you need to stop interneting), your resistance to doing it lessens and actually doing it becomes easier.
One time I visualized myself doing something so hard I actually thought I did it for a few seconds but then I realized I was still in bed sleeping. I took a little break and I think I'm getting back on track. Thanks for the advice though
The boredom will find you and'll have no choice but to do the thing you really really really really don't want to do ^^.
