I'd say that the MC isn't very smart.

The IQ of a MC is relatable to the author. Meaning, they can't be smarter than them.

Also pretty sure by 99,99% there is likely a CN MC of someone else, that would make Pika pika no Mi into the most op power of all times.

@Tsuru Which is why I call major BS on the thing, especially when due to his power, the devil fruit does not have its seawater weakness.

Also, I tried to locate which chp did MC actually had the damned fruit, can't find it after quick search.

And to be honest, it can sometimes be very easy to make the MC smart. Especially since reading my fav2-blabla, bc MC, he could foretell the 4 next moves of his enemies, to the point they turn into buffoons, and when they finally die/cut-balls they curse with the usual (but SO SATISFYING) line : "YOU ARE SO POISONOUS!!!" as they shocked by how they played in MC's palm all along and (hidden) giga smart.

Which is why I call major BS when he considers the Kiro Kiro no mi (that allows user to control weight, turning their own weight from 1 to 10000 Kg at will) more powerful than Pika Pika.

That or I think the author said the wrong name of the fruit.
