I feel like “forgivances” would be the logical word, but as this SH spell check is telling me, that’s not a word.

Forgivance is a word. I think spellcheck doesn't account for outdated terms.

Would exonerations be fitting?

Absolution?

Depending the context you can also use:
Amnesties, Condonations, Clemencies

This is difficult ... There are many word for the act of forgiveness, but the object itself? I can't think of any, to be honest. Maybe mercy, but that it is not really.

Unless you want to turn the verb to a noun. The forgiven. Something like that.

Forgiven deeds. Synonym for that.
