Yeah mold ain’t great for you, and can be quite dangerous. COPD is something that you can expect a chainsmoker to have, when you are exposing yourself to conditions that can cause it you should make sure to get away…

Also, the reason people with chronic conditions take more and more meds is because the condition can get worse/less effective. Granted you should be trying to improve your lifestyle, but don’t avoid medication if your doctor prescribes it and you can afford it.

My body is fine (still young), nor eating fastfood or soda (eating very healthy though lot of meat), and the room is speckling clean / empty,
but like, this mold is indeed there on the walls (corners) (and bc of AC years ago)
But yeah, should restart my gym/slim diet.

That is why i did this "experiment" yesterday to see if sleeping my room is truly the cause.
(yesyesterday didnt and was totally not coughing despite bad sleep and bad mentality)
After experim, woke up cough+did inhalation
Did to confirm despite dangers, bc it was weird how the cleaned room could make me cough.
(i once mentioned while ago i found the source but i was more aiming at a old sofa, not this)

Hopefully it, the mold, ain’t too expensive to get rid of, and hopefully it is only contained in one room. Don’t want anyone to pay a lot just to keep themselves from health dangers…

Yep but like the mold isnt particularly visible. More like, the paint going off. But No dark spot or anything (google images). Hence my "dubiousness"

It could be in the vents, beneath your wallpaper, inside the wall/ceiling, under a pice of furniture you haven’t moved in a while, at the bottom/otherside of a window, and/or another color such as grey or white, although that is rare to my knowledge…

Basically 2+years ago. There was Pierced holes for cables => aesthetics. Cables go to ceiling/hole, attic, and back down to the zone needing cable there.

But like, cleaning there ? probably none too (nor seen close ones doing cleaning). And its wood. btw I call "attic" but more like, this movies/animes scenes where you need to duck/crawl in it (to spy on enemy) bc of how small it is, and you see pillars around / its not storage or anything)
