Like a game, about gravity or something as common powers among the world. Where the gov is corrupt and having "named" soldiers having this power, and the protag is some resistance thing.
(kinda like mirror edge but urban/fantasy fusion and some balls floating around to throw as weapons or anchors to aim at to grapple to)
