About authority and power, I think of Kantonian Persian, Vespiquen, Hochkrow, Garchomp (by association with Cynthia), Tyrantrum (THE TYRANT Pokemon (technically, it is classified as the despot Pokemon, but despot is a synonym of tyrant so...)), and Kingambit.
