I'm not a writer myself, but I write some short stories for fun.

Sometimes, taking a short break and simply listening to music, watching a movie, or going on a quick walk helps. You can even try writing a different scene of your story if you are stuck on a certain scene.

Maybe consider approaching from a different angle. Storyplan chapter titles, new characters, or something related, but not involving writing a full chapter.
