yeah you'd think the aiming would be better in the gun country

My game friends (all Flips) and I have been talking about it. As for me, there are plausible options:

1) He was targeted by a disgruntled Dem or Rep, which is a stupid move, given that he only increased sympathy for him.
2) He was targeted purposefully to punch his numbers even higher, which is a smart move.

The gun used might be a small caliber, and he was shot at from a distance, hence the 'grazing'. If it's a disgruntled Dem or Rep, the shooter's an amateur.

Otherwise, the gun and the subsequent grazing is proof that it was staged. I mean, if you really intend to kill someone, you'd have to make sure you hit him.

Thinking this is staged is wild. He doesn't need more publicity.
Plus this won't change the opinions of people who think he is hitler anyway.

The people who own and practice firearms aren't the ones going after him like this.

I imagine what happened was either:
A) the shooter was simply not very good and had a poor handle on his weapon
B) Trump was moving too much for the shooter to properly aim at the distance
C) the gun chosen wasnt ideal for such a shot
We'll see as more details become apparent

I'm with Hans. Can be staged. It might help with bringing wavering ones to his side.

We will find out more with time.
