because those doesn't roll of the tongue real well, the original title is Top 1 Thế Giới Là Người Chơi Việt Nam? if y'all wanna run that thru gg translate

As a statement, a Vietnamese works fine. As you reinforce it.

But as question? It doesn't sound natural to me to ask for someone specific, unless the question is rhetoric.

"The No. 1 Player Is Vietnamese?!"

This conveys more of a sense of confusion, which feels more appropriate.
