This is why arguing with you is pointless. Everyone knows it too, yet you are the most blind to it.

You claim I backpedal, yet you do the same immediately. The only logical deduction we can draw from this that we are all the same, to the same degree stubborn, and all can't see reason and can’t admit defeat.

So I and you are exactly the same with no difference when it comes to this. And that is why arguing between us is indeed pointless. Do you agree to this statement?

If you are so smart, you will understand what I mean without me defining 500 things. Lemme define what a banana is. Banana a fruit. Banana yellow. Monkey eat it. Me be assu and claim someone else is dumb in very smart words. Other person read word. Other person get angry. Other person call out Assu. Assu says it wasn't the intention, but never apologize. Sound familiar?

And I disagree. The fact that you didn't know what I mean and ask me to explain everything is intellectually dishonest.

Why intellectually dishonest? Clarifying positions is essential, as I wouldn't know otherwise where you stand and what you think.

I can presume, but that would be just presumptions. Now I have your interpretation, and of course, I disagree.

Now, where does this leave us? Somewhere. You made your case. You disagree too. That is all we need to know. Two unreconciled positions without solution.

Look Ass, this isn't a debate. We are airing our issues with you. Asking for definitions of specific terms either demonstrates inability to communicate or unwillingness to.
Stop acting like a coward.

Let's say I believe you are being intellectually honest (I don't). I know you are in law, but real life conversations aren't debates where we ask for definitions of things.

Neither of us is really honest here, and I think we all know that. And that is perfectly fine. We don't need to. That is why I am merely pointing out the status quo.

Unless you think, I am entirely at fault here. Then it is of course a different matter.
