In my case, I don't bother ranting because I don't need to, I leave all the ranting to the voices in my head and just agree with them until they get tired or I fall asleep.

And yes its what you meant. Didnt meant "think with voice in brain" but "incontrolled voices in head, that can dialogue and stuff, and is like another [life/personality]"
