Just had a BigMac for the first time, at least the first that I can remember. Way too messy and tasted meh, especially with the sourness of the sauce. 4.7/10 or slightly below average.

Woke up about 35ish minutes ago with a fairly tight chest and chest pain, look at the clock and see that I missed the time for both a treatment/nebulizer and ibuprofen, that would do it…
I essentially just earned $12, to bag $720+ worth of ice….
