It's so true. They only power up at the end when they are getting their ass beat. How come the villain never powers up like that?

Bleach has a fire ost compared to a LOT of anime, even ones that came after. It is also unique with all those spanish tunes.

Ahem, also, there is a reason why you won't go 100% from the get-go, but it is rarely, if ever, implemented well enough. At least I can't remember manga or anime that implemented this reason properly.
