I think, perhaps stereotypically, that my favorite creepypasta is smile dog (or smile.jpg if you prefer) because the image is unnerving for me most of the time while other creepypasta focuses need some more buildup, plus there's that recent resurgence of depictions of it thanks to that one youtube channel
