*hasn't even written one novel.*
*hasn’t named the protagonists in my brain novels...*

But congratulations comrade. Are the two protagonists in the same world? Or is it just someone with the same name to tease the readers who’ve read both?

@Assurbanipal_II often did that when playing the otome rp on here.
He'd call his rp character his story MC and vice versa.

Indeed, I did. :blob_evil_two: I also discovered that all my MCs start with the letter A.

I read a novel where all the antagonists names started with C’s. I wonder if the author has something a against the letter C.
Nahrenne

That's interesting.
Or maybe the author did it that way so they'd remember who was an antagonist?

Well actually there was a few who didn’t start with C‘s so I don’t think it was intentional.

Maybe C names were the easiest to think of, then.

Maybe. I find myself naming some characters similarly sometimes and having to change it.

If I name a character, I try to find a name that fits their personality and mindset - along with it being from a language associated with the country they're from.
For example, Anders is a German name for a character from a 'country' with a German name, with a culture of being strong and powerful.
