How are things now?

Nothing serious. A freezer blasted in another apartment and the firefighters came in 1 minute after calling them. (I live in a building right beside the fire service office.)

Well, its also common to still sleep despite having a earthquake.

Meanwhile you got artificial earthquakes :

So, did any of your mattresses got burnt out?

Mine did, I think two of them did. One large bed and one decent mattress, both got partially burned.

Nope, none got burnt. It was on the upper floor of our building. The fire didn't spread much as the fire fighters came soon.

Lucky you, having the fire fighters arrive quickly.

Me? Oh, don't worry. Me and my parents are all-rounders so we became the fire fighters of ourselves.

There was an uncle where it happened. He just poured a bucket of water on the freezer immediately. Though, it was kinda dangerous.

Wait, wasn't pouring cold water to a fire extinguish them quickly, no?
