Yep, you said it right, though it's kind of too formal.

If you want to say "Whisper sweet words into his/her ear", it'll be "Bumulong ng mga matatamis na salita sa kanyang tenga". Tainga is 'formal', and 'mga' is added to make the subject--which is 'sweet words'--plural.
