Why? Too many of your favorite characters died? Too edgy? Too complicated?

Boring.

What made it boring for you?

There are many shounens like it. They are like the same brand of cup noodles. The only difference is flavoring, while noodles are all the same. Alas, it was a mushroom flavored one, and I dislike mushrooms.

I see. It's also why I dropped reading such stories...same food, different flavors.

It's not awful. Just, not my cup of tea. Like the majority of new shounens. To me, they are way too fast-paced, characters are boring, their designs are boring, very tropey.

Maybe because of the mc? I didn't like it too, there like ten characters who can have take his place as the MC.

Everything. I didn't like everything. I was not able to see a story. All I saw was tropes and other works.

For me the tropes was like the old exorcist anime, nothing really new. The only thing that changed a bit was the overpowerfull character that drag a lot of attention from new gen watcher.
