I want to be crossing the road in a cold rainy night, and a drunk widow is driving a Ford truck, the car her husband left her.
she was changing the stations so she didn't see me at first, but when she saw, the road was too slippery, so even when she tried to brake, the inertia flipped the car and killed us both

this could unironically be a good starter to an Isekai story though...
the widow tries to move on from her husband while I hunt her because she killed me when I was about to meet my grindr date

If that become a isekai story, the two get reincarnated and become childhood friend and you know the rest of the story

that's too generic, they have to start in different positions and then someone say something only a reincarnator from earth would know, and then they would figure out and make out or something

If the widow is drunk there no reason for the guys to take vengeance against her since he reincarnated, unless you make his life wholesome in the previous world, so he chase after her to kill her.

maybe she dumb and she tell him. Or he just don't care and want to kill her because she separate him from the previous world

You can have them both be in a white room facing a random god before they get reincarned, and she said sorry to him cause she was drunk or something like this. When he reincarnate he try to kill her

I don't think it's generic to have two person reincarnated at the same time and one of them want to kill the other. Also an isekai protag who love his previous world are rare too

Ok, make him see her before she hit him with the car, and his the last scene he see was the broken car with one door wide open revealing some alcohol bottles dropping on the ground.

For him to know that she is in the new world you can use different mean. Use a passive skill that said that two souls was reincarnated in the same world. You can have him know the woman in his previous life, like she was his neighbor, and having him "scan/inspect/evaluate" her, the screen can tell her name in the new world and in the previous world.

why do you want him to know so much...

It's to have him trying to chase her and kill her
