change ADHD for autism and it's me :)

Does not help as much as people would expect... You get drugged till Zombieland and after the meds aren't needed anymore you still suffer either ADD, depression, some other mental illness, or all of the above

I got diagnosed with depression by the end of middle school and started taking meds in high school, it helped a lot actually.

medicine isn't for everyone, but what you say just keeps alive the stereotype of turning into a robot after taking some pills that make teens reject going to therapy...

Yeah, depression meds work, but the ADHD ones just make you shut up, so you don't annoy the others. I've suffered through 3 school years of heavy ADHD medication and the only result is that I can't really remember those years and some kind of in-between mental illness halfway between depression and ADD, so i can't get diagnosed with either
