Got hundreds of pounds of mats delivered. They brought a big forklift and unloaded it in the living room. They said they couldn't take the pallets back so that was weird.

A few days later, a company they subcontracted came and started work, but after they removed the old flooring they were not happy with how unlevel the gypcrete of the subfloor was and wanted it fixed but said that it would cost extra to do some cement work. Me, knowing that sub-sub-contracting a concrete company to repour the subfloor would double the cost of the project refused.
