Here is the Users Guild after they've made their first novel.
The site automatically creates it as well as a General Chat, Latest Chapter Discussion and Review Board:

The intention is when the user publishes a new chapter, or when a reader makes a review - it will automatically create a thread in one of these boards for visibility and discussion!
