I have always problem understanding these emots.

You can focus on them to decypher them.

There are three possible translations (I think?), depending on who is the crying blob: if it is Assurbanipal_II, then they were crying, and either 1. someone was consoling them or 2. they were rubbing their head in distress.

For 1., I believe that would lead to them getting angry anyway, and calming down to give a gift of appreciation to that someone. For 2. that distress led to rage, and then they became chill.
