The Tulip sellers and Italian states seceded. Fantasy Poland and the Baltics too. The Elfies also did their own thing. Hungary remained as there were no natural borders to protect them from the North, so the grip of the kingdom remained strong there.
The fractured magnates also didn't help with secession. So opposition was weak. Furthermore, with Schwarzwalt there was a strong palyer in the South that kept any major plans in check. So fantasy Hungary remained.
