Is having your story like dnd bad ? I think it could be fun for the author but the reader not so much since they aren't playing any character but just following the story.

With a "dense MC" but quite logical reason BECAUSE mc is too logical, logical to the point he know [his body crave the body of FL] but dont think its romance. Also op mage disciple, and kinda 4th walling comedy interesting concept, his master planewalker, is a chinese person as implied jokes + MC aborigen baby.

ps ps : Author is a true DND connaisseur. Also respect stuff like "everyday, must prepare the spells for spellcasters" and "prepare the material needed for spells"

Kinda funny that MC is aborigen-like (he is) but also kinda influenced by his "dads/uncles" (one or some, chineses, unknown mystery), and ref some idioms/logics or jokes but at same time not knowing
