It never hurts to be prepared for if they don't dodge for whatever reason. Like, perhaps they ingested a paralysis drug that slows them down - or makes them unable to move at all for a period of time. Etc... '-' X
Also, being fast enough to dodge a bullet does not mean that they necessarily have the balance and nimbleness to actually dodge - if that makes sense. X
