I have been thinking about trying to get an F-250 lately since it'll give me all the power I'll realistically ever need, and you saying this probably seals the deal for me trying to find a slightly older one if I can save up the money. My love for Chevy is mostly kept alive by the fact I grew up with an '01 Silverado, if I'm honest.

Also butt heaters is by far the best innovation in automobiles in the last few years

As someone from up north where it snows, the 250 was a requirement. Either a F250 or 2500HD Chevy/Sierra because I need to put a plow on the front. Smaller trucks don't have the frame strength for it and they bog down pretty bad in the heavy stuff.

Plus, the towing alone is everything. I'm gonna have two bikes I need to bring around and also plan to build a drag car, so I need something to pull stuff.

There's also the pricing these days. I got a 2019 F250 for 45k, warranty included. The newer F150s and 1500s were all the same price, if not more expensive. I went with mine both for the size, it was a 1 previous owner and the interior is immaculate. So definitely look older and keep an eye out for the gems. They're out there.
