What about carnivores eating synthetic meat? Does that make them vegetarians? It probably makes them synetarians.

Related to this subject, I would eat only lab grown meat if it was good.

But he isn't an animal. He's a synthetic biomass of mixed genes. Also, it would bring into question as to whether he is truly sentient due to him being a possibly soulless golem that spits in the face of God by his mere existence. It's like eating an edgy impossible burger.

If he says he doesn't want you to eat him, it's bad.

If he says he wants you to eat him, it's probably a sex thing, and you should avoid him.

@Paul_Tromba Sentience has nothing to do if they are made artificially or not. It has to do whether they have feelings of what happens around them. Are they "aware" of the world around them with their 5 senses? If so, they are sentient.

Plants have been proven to feel pain when cut, eaten, and cooked. How aware of the world they are is fairly unknown so they may be completely sentient. Shadow unironically wants to protect humanity and can clone himself as emotionless mindless drones. If he felt it necessary, he could create a clone army of himself, grind them up, and cook them as a synthetic alt meat for the starving population to survive on.

However, how aware he is of the world is unknown as well since he was programmed like a computer at first before growing like an AI.
