They tend to get stale after many chapters. So hard for me to want to get into a book with 1k chapters. Not saying all of them are like this, but probably most.

They tend to circle the toilet drain after a while. I think I read a couple thousand chapters of mech touch. The plotline started to repeat itself. When the MC went from making 3rd rate mechs to 2nd rate mechs and the main difference was that they use better, more expensive materials it seemed a bit weak. Then they went to another galaxy and for a third time the main plotline seemed like a repeat.

The only difference was that MC increased spiritual powers so the plot became more of a fantasy than a science fiction. Eventually, the staleness became obvious.

PS : What people dont know, is that misaka and co, are 13y old middle schoolers. So all fans are basically lolicons.

Pretty much. I just enjoy the story. I'm a bigger fan of the light novels and don't really enjoy the railgun series as much by comparison.

Also, most characters are between 12 and 17 years old so lewding any of them is pretty bad. The few adult characters are fine but not popular for some reason.

Yep yep (totally agree) but at least the redeeming point of railgun series is the op songs

Also. What is saddening.
Is that accelerator, could have been a blockbuster popular character if he was released NOW/2023
and/or had his own anime

Because to be honest, his power/opness is just so cool and mindblowing AND his "tragic" backstory is ACCEPTABLE logical (unlike 2023 shitty ones)
