I learned this a while ago. But I used to make a lot of sauce/salsa.

You can make a nice salsa with tomatoes, jalapeños, and habaneros. Just throw in some cumin, cilantro, garlic, onions and salt/pepper. Blend that goodness up. Warning this is not a mixture for people who are weak to heat.
