Best way to figure out a good diet and exercise regime is to get labs drawn every year and adjust accordingly. A lot of "healthy" diets and routines aren't healthy for every genetic type.

Age listed is because I went for the meme number of April 20, 1969(apparently age is permanent). And by health nut I mean doing the no fats, carbs are evil, I don't know what gluten is but it bad, sugar is the antichrist, etc. type of health nut.

No fats carbs are evil? Cholesterol is also not good if too much. and you need omega 3 fats to help break down cholesterol. Everything works together in some way. She must be a "new age" health nut then who listens to too many quacks.
