My closest brush with death have mostly been out of control cars, sped up too fast when there was dirt on an off ramp and did a 360 spin in front of oncoming freeway traffic, no idea how I didn’t get an accident.

Same. Also, my closest run-in was when my mom was texting on her phone while driving. Almost had a head on collision with a semi (I mean really fucking close)

bro are you living a novel or something .. like who rolls off a mountain !! and dropping into a water hole !! stepping on nails is still normal, getting stung by a jellyfish!! oh me who the hell goes caught into whirlpools!! oh, I do see snakes 2-3 times a year tho but my last rundown with them was way back when I was in school .. but I do see a couple of them here and there sometimes in fields ..

ah truck scenario is generalized!! a whole lot of people have them, I don't even when I was out of the States, tho I did have a motorbike one couple of years ago a lot of skin rolled off from my right hand, but theirs no damage to mussels .. nowadays i don't go out much.. so kinda doesn't have those run-downs for a while ..
