I don't. Games buggy as hell. Am hoping starfield isn't as buggy as the previous ones.

It's part of the experience in my opinion and it makes it better. Bugs are just features waiting to be found with hilarity.

I grew up modding their games. But let us call what Bethesda games are:

A hot mess. And 30 fps is simply unacceptable by today's standard. I don't care what anyone says; 30fps does not belong in any game. Period.

You are too young.

Yeah. Back in my days, 10 fps was the shit. I too, mod the shit outta bethesda games, but skill kinda hoping starfield isn't messy or buggy. Nowadays, games being released without bugs or having no microtransactions is a miracle.

It's a rarity. I would rather have lower fps and a completed game without microtransactions than an incomplete game with super high fps.

Kind of you to say that, but my nostalgia does not override my rationality. I like the games of the 90s and the 2000s, just as any kid growing up in those years, but I can tell the difference between shit and not shit. Playing Doom at the size of a postage stamp so you can get 5-10 fps is not something I want to re-experience.

Nokia was the bomb once, that does not mean I am still rocking a 3310 for fucks sake.

I completely agree with you there,

60 fps is a minimum. 30 fps games don’t look good at all.

On PC since I’m closer to the screen I usually play at 120 FPS, I used to go uncapped but that pushed the graphics card to overdrive. I can see an animation difference between 120 and 60, but above 120 it’s harder to tell. Mostly notable on first person games

30 is crap

But I agree with @Paul_Tromba, as long as they have an open console command use on PC, I don’t mind the bugs. I can usually correct bugs with console commands. I just want an expansive game with at least 60 fps

Beth games' biggest draw for me is modding. I have 1500+ hours in F4, never once finished it. Because I have around the same hours in just modding. :sweating_profusely: Then realizing it stopped working... so then I troubleshot it, and then it...works again but then I was not in the mood for playing. So I do the same in Skyrim...

Haha, I have “adult” mods for female bodies. I think that’s the only mod I do. I beat the game for all the endings on everyone.

I was never big on mods because I tend to want to move onto the next game.

I am a proud degenerate, so I made my own hentai magazine swaps and do the same with other mods to have something to collect so I have a valid reason to play and explore the wasteland.

Plus, I replaced all billboard and household item textures with weeb lewd ones. And I am not even ashamed of it.

I have very low expectations for starfield currently. With how ambitious it is and releasing this year, it's probably gonna surpass all past Bethesda games in buginess

I got the "based guards mod" which makes all the guards say weird stuff like "If a khajit was human, it would still probably be a furry," and "How come the argonians have breasts when they can't even produce milk like mammals?" It makes it very funny but every so often they'll say something incredibly racist so I gotta go on a guard hunting spree.

@Blitz it can't surpass fallout 76. Even Elder Scrolls online was less buggy.

Fallout 76 be like: Bro, you got a game in your bug.

I am just afraid Starfield will be lifeless and dull like No Man's Sky at launch. But the latter turned that game around and into an awesome experience... But that is because it was their passion... Beth is a multi-billion company; I doubt they could pull off an NMS-style redemption if they come out with a meh product.

I admit, I heard good things about F76 and how that turned out years later, but... still.

I don’t play MMO’s and was disappointed finding out fallout 76 was one. Wish they just made fallout 5 instead.

I never played no mans sky, I just didn’t have much interest in it.

But yeah, I’m hoping starfield isn’t an mmo or just exploration like NMS. I’m kind of tired of sandbox games.
