Why not just save extra food to eat for the next meal and cook less?

get a pet you can throw the scraps to. bonus points if you can eat it after you fatten it up

what can I do with 1/4 of an eggplant or courgette? Fact is that the ingredients are just not one fish portion size

I do cook the minimum, but what can I do when there are 3 spoons of food left on my plate? Trash bin just means more weight to take out.

Mix it all together in Tupperware and put it in the fridge, spoons build up over time.

Me getting a pet is pretty much animal abuse. I'm away 10-11h a day. I'm already good at killing my edible plants.

on the subject of dieting, i just finished 3/4th of a nice cheesy pizza.

I would probably only be able to stomach 2 slices of that pizza.
