Well, does your company follow the "three strikes" rule?
1. Warning Letter
2. Coffee with HR/ Boss
3. GET OUT.
Because if your company is civil and you have not done anything heinous (sending curses to your HR is not a major offense), you should first receive a letter.
If your company does not have this policy, check if it is run by a nepotistic cunt. If yes, GGWP.
