    Necrotizing Fasciitis is next, along with a healthy(is it now?) dose of Osteonecrosis. You have a chance to get both simply swimming in the ocean and then not showering afterward.

    Look them up if you're curious, but I would not recommend it unless you are used to seeing exposed internal organs and major flesh wounds, as now, because I remembered that these existed and looked them up, I am going to have worse nightmares than usual for weeks.
