If it's sarcastic laughter, then the irony of the Russians and Chinese using Linux (well, it's everyone - Indians, Germans etc) and me being happy about it is not lost on me. I'm happy with my Manjaro and would not use those distros. But the fact that they are beginning to be implemented is bound to increase casual usage amongst the people eventually.

The only reason why I laughed is because you've mentioned Russia. It's not how things work here.
