@Anon2023 more specifically, it is the Kona's Cafe with Hawaiian theme. Basically "hawaiian" pancake that has a glob of ice cream on top.
Ps. Japan itself is an America fan, like stockholm syndrome victims.
Pps. They have curry chicken rice, but since yesterday I had 400g of crispy fried chicken stuff into me, I opted for the seafood instead. Though to be fair, it is nice.

Never been to Japan and never had a desire to go. It's too urban for me, at least the places to visit. I might want to go there on a food tour though. American Fan? lol At least they're better than Europeans who seem to despise America despite getting trillions in military aid.
