Kills the MC. Suddenly, the next most important character becomes the MC. Kills them as well only for the process to repeat. This continues as the villain slowly loses their mind and will to keep going because a new MC shows up at least once a month to try and kick their ass. The villain eventually offs themselves or disappears into the wilderness in hopes of escaping their repetitive hell.
