I couldn't take it. The way that dude talked, in the first video, it was too ridiculous

Hm... If your readers are overthinking it, isn't that just a sign that they're enjoying it? Fans tend to over-analyse their favourite shows too. It's better just to create a little gap between fan speculation and what you as the author know and carry on as you intended to. They'll like it one way or another.
