I mean the FMC is an Otherworlder as well... Does she hear herself? Its kind of ironic or dumb to say that Otherworlders brought destruction when it was their kingdom's fault to begin with and i also couldn't wrap my head around it either.

Overall, its a good anime nonetheless.

I haven't watched it, but isn't she amnesiac? Or I may be thinking of something else.

The killed Otherworlder then reincarnated into the kingdom's summoner who summoned Otherworlders and the cycle repeats.
