will you accept challenges for your presidency?

I'm pretty sure you're allowed to carry swords in most nations. As long as you don't try to hide them.

@greyblob I will accept challenges on the first of every month but it must be made through an official channel and the person must be a citizen without a criminal history. @Cipiteca396 You are in most places but you can be arrested or brought in for questioning in a lot of places because you may be considered a threat to the peace.

I would have to run the country for the rest of the month. This allows for an allotted time that I can dual anyone who wants to. The criminal background bit is to keep me from being sued and to officialize it.

Idk. Deciding the president based on who wields a sword the best, sounds like a recipe for disaster. I'm not sure how to fix it in a favorable way that the President could still accept challenges, but when a good leader gets into office and is then killed in a duel by a halfwit....thats failed policy.

I considered the possibility of a popularity vote or something, to decide if a current leader is doing well in the people's opinion, and this could decide if a leader could be challenged, but as we've seen with Biden, who is possibly worse than a halfwit, he still has his defenders, so this wouldn't be an accurate idea either.

Who said it had to be a sword. A dual can be anything from Mario kart to a quickdraw competition. The rules of the dual have to then be agreed upon after the challenged person decides on the game. Though you are correct that it would be a recipe for disaster. That said, I feel like it would be nice to make the last several years of the country interesting and fun for the history books.
