Well, most westerners often pronounce isekai with the long 'e'.

We Asians (at least the ones in the east), however, do only with long 'e' whenever it is combined with another letter, like 'i' or 'y'.

I've heard some Brits before (during one of our anime conventions back here) who pronounced isekai as 'ehy-sehy-kai', or some European person (I wasn't able to determine the nationality, but for sure he's not American or Canadian) speak 'ahy-sehy-kahy'. They're not even joking.

I literally don't know what you're trying to communicate by "'ehy-sehy-ka" or 'ahy-sehy-kahy'. I only somewhat assume that "h" are mute there. Write this in hiragana or the phonetic alphabet.
