Do you wear one of those glasses that limit the light that comes through?

Not all the time but every now and then. Mainly when I'm driving. If I'm not wearing them I usually just squint at everything.

You have such a superhero backstory

I wouldn't say that. Most of the stuff that happened to me was either because my parents decided to do something dumb or because I did something dumb. In this case, it was caused by faulty machinery but I was still dumb for attempting to make it work anyways.

That is still superhero like

If I did have a superpower then it would probably be the fact that I can somehow avoid life-threatening situations. I have been blown up twice, stabbed, nearly shot, hospitalized after being misdiagnosed for 10 years, and missed a school shooting because of my parent's divorce court hearing.

The amount of times that I've avoided dying from these situations is strange but I can't really call it a power. Just dumb luck.
