The repetition of the word "she" doesn't bother the readers nearly as much as it does the author. Unless it bothers you when you read back over it later on (with fresh eyes) or it causes some confusion as to who you're talking about, you're probably fine to leave them all. It's much more jarring when authors go out of their way to replace "she" with unnecessary things like "the brunette" all the time.
